Expense Report

The Expense Report provides the end-user details about chemical dosing and chemical costs

It reports:

  • Chemical Costs Per Car
  • Total Chemical Expense
  • The total amount of Chemicals used
  • Chemicals used per car
  • Cost Per Wash Package

Activity Log

The Activity Log allows the end-user to see all chemical-related activity at the wash. This prevents any undocumented dose changes:

  • Type of activity (login, dose change, created chemical, etc.)
  • Where the user is logging in from and time.
  • What device they’re making changes from
  • Previous and new values

The next couple of slides are great examples of activity details.

Dosing Adjustment Report

The RPM Adjustment report tracks all AccuPump dosing changes at the wash site(s)

It will display:

  • Who made the change and what time.
  • Which pump was changed, the equipment the pump is attached to, and the chemical used.
  • Which carwash site/tunnel it was changed on.
  • Target ml.
